132.8 Christmas Shopping.

Sitting there just on the edge and its been a long day.
Of course its the last Saturday before the Christmas holiday arrives. The last day the Hubby could spend planing out and taking out the kids to buy their chosen present for their drawn out of a hat name.

Lunch: Cucumbers with pre-grilled Chicken, half my apple since the Little guy decided he needed to eat some of it for me today and no crackers.

We made a day of it and by evening they all wanted food so of course the vote was pizza. I only ate one slice and I have walked miles and miles today, I am sure because my feet hurt all over in many ways. Hopefully its enough to not derail the progress I made so far. There was no convincing them that they should go get me something else so I made due with what faced me.

Those kids are so proud of the amount they earned with their pop cans and of course they picked their presents very very wisely because they want them to last a very long time. That was hard work, the presents better last just as long as their work took.

134.2 OOO Won the game plan.

I like that numbering that was a pretty good game plan that I made.
I realize that sometimes the scale can bounce up even two days later so I still am holding my breath over the whole end result of my cheat meal with the Hubby.
But maybe just maybe the body is getting a burn on now days.

Lunch: Hot tomatoes salsa over chicken with a wasa cracker and an orange. And of course I have had my 10 drops of HHCG for breakfast and will again be getting some 30 min before eating my lunch meal. Drank half my water needs for the day already too.

Exercises was a nice walk 3 miles and run a mile out in the very crisp air today.
Dinner: Strange spread out but right in the 500 cal limits. Shrimp tiny ones this time and only 100 grams worth, cucumbers, 2 wasa crackers and a half a grapefruit.

I burned calories staying warm holding garbage bags open while the boys did a service project cleaning up a pop can wind blown mess that will turn into pocket cash for Christmas money in the end. SCORE is their opinion. The stack was high the cans above the cab of the truck, imagine them all over a neighbors yard blown everywhere, blue shiny cans that are now their cash.

138.0 Ouch I hate aching!

Aching I did not sleep really well my back hurt and my legs felt all cramped from running. The Hubby gave me a karate chop sort of massage and the muscles felt better in my back after that. I am sure having off days this week it seems. My eats were slightly messy. I am hungry at moments but can't think of anything that is really appealing so it was more like a snack of this or that the whole day. I hate it when I get this way with eating because I just can't think of what would be good to eat.
One broccoli tree, some yogurt, one cheese stick, a bit of lasagna, spoonful of ice cream, a bit of apple slice with a bit of peanut butter, spinach with a tiny bit of feta cheese a sprinkle of sunflower seeds, one small tomato. I kept tyring to figure out what it was that would fill me up but never really sat down to eat. Even if I had wanted to cook I couldn't because the kitchen water had to stay off as our dishwasher had melted a hole in the bottom and the Hubby needed one more new part to hook up a new dishwasher. So you guessed it I got my Christmas present that I didn't really want but when you spend two hours everyday doing dishes and then by night time two more hours the Hubby starts to get grumpy and gives in and got one instead of tyring to get kids to take turns washing and fighting over it. They are much better at just getting all the dishes put away after something else dose the cleaning.

138.2 Love that good drop down look.

Feeling thin today, the brain is thinking do I really still need to reach the 120 goal when I feel so thin? Hmm the Thanksgiving loading day is close approaching.
Wood hauling that's what we did for fun today not that its tons of fun more like its just a necessity to keeping warm around our parts its what keeps our house warm.

Eats: Quinoa with honey and butter to sweeten
Lunch : Chicken taco with spinach leaves and cheese.
Dinner: A pretzel bar and an apple with some peanut butter.
Of course my 2 liters of water with hazelnut cream stevia today.
Dinner:

I ran 5 miles on the treadmill today while watching a show with the kids then went and got my Christmas present early. Ugha, it is not really what I would have wanted but its a big need around this house. It has to do with the daily doings that a family of nine would do three times a day or maybe more. Any guess what it might be that would be helpful like that? Tell you tomorrow when I actually test it out.

148.0 Hiking with my scouts

Yep I am getting my exercises in one way or another. I took the scout group that I work with on a hike up to see a cave called Hundred hands cave made with real hands placed on the wall of the rock cave many many years ago. The Indians made the prints and they are preserved behind an iron gate for all to see. It was about a 1.92 mile walk all the way around, we had fun.

Then off to mini job and then back to do peewee 4-H I feel like I ran a marathon today. I changed 7 beds and cleaned three houses I think I am way tired.

Steak day by default of no eating time boy was it yummy. I also had two apples and an chocolate Nutella sandwich in there somewhere. Veggies are starting to pop out of my garden so fresh yummy very soon will grace my tastes.

147.8 I am nursing a blood pressure headache.

The Hubby is on my case about getting my blood pressure checked again. When it's that lovely TOM on about the 3rd day I can hardly see straight from the headache that can't be cut by anything at times. Maybe I should agree and stop being stubborn.
Wood cutting again getting the boys set with a really cool set up they think. It can be a project that will help with FFA (future farmers of America) grades, pic to come when the project is complete.

Headache finally left at late noon and we went in to full gear of pulling nails out of old fencing. Doing farm chores and laundry the never ending battle I fight. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad to be a pioneer and have only two sets of clothing. NAAA I like to wear many styles.

Dinner: Cauliflower pizza Pic tomorrow.

145.6 Well that is an unexpected drop.

I am not sure what I did to drop like that but wow. I ate a steak but also so many other thing too. Even an ice cream or two or three hmm maybe the heat melted me some today. Pretty girl finally landed her a real job the kind that pays and makes her stretch into talking to others. Should be a good experience she starts right away tomorrow.
No walk just helped little boys make a bit more mola now they get to play soccer because they earned it.

151.4 Not such a good idea Crab.

Ya I think the crab was to much. It said sugar (maltodextrine) on the can but measuring it out cooked is not the same as a raw measure and even if it was a small amount of sugar, though there wasn't an amount on the side telling how much, it's just not helping me to lose.

Lots and lots of thoughts today. I realize that I used to stuff myself in clothing that was to small for me in the name of I will lose or I am not going to buy something new, or I can take that in when I lose. I wonder how long that was going on in my head. I bet some 8 years now that I think about the last new clothing that I bought and what size it is 10, when really I should have had a 12 or 14 depending on how it was made to fit.

Lunch: Tolapia with wasa cracker and some asparagus, Half a grapefruit with stevia sprinkled on top.
Dinner: Had to go shopping so ate my Melba toasts, tomato, and orange in the car. Rushed home grabbed a packet of albacore tuna that's 3.5oz really fast mixed it with the last of my mustard and ate it with some more toasts. To many toasts today. Please don't punish me and go back up again body. Then rushed to a oh no mini food storage class, what have I done. just to not offend my sis-in-law a taste tiny bits and pray it isn't an even bigger punishment tomorrow.
Miles: Well they are in the toilet cause I steam cleaned toilets instead today. Usually it's the boys job to keep the 3 toilets up to par but I couldn't stand the sight anymore so I intervened.

I think as you go down in weight that you have to get more and more careful with what you eat because the body holds on harder since there is less in the locked fat storage areas and it isn't willing to release as easily as when you first start out on Dr. Simeon's protocol.

I am grateful for sunshine today.

164 New scales

20 lbs gone!!!!!

Lunch Stuffed chicken roll out of my recipe book. Tiny bit of onion and spinach sauteed in braggs and "wala" it was good. I do wonder on counting calories because my Fitday.com count said it came to 321 for this meal, but the Melba rounds were counting out way higher then what the box stated for 4 rounds. The box said 4 rounds were 50cal and Fitday.com logged them at 78cal so that kind of left me wondering how things are calculated. And cooked spinach comes out different then a raw spinach even though the measurement started at the same point. So back to talking to the nurse friend and a nutritionist friend, here's the scoop, The box would be the better cal count to go from on the melba rounds. Why well every batch and every box is really an estimate and Fitday.com is going from a basic rounding out number. The spinach when cooked becomes higher because it is broken down and the body isn't having to work so hard to do that break down work, therefor you end up with a higher cal count. Also all the vitamins and minerals are lost when it has water added to it unless you drink the liquids that are left. So this is why you see very malnourished people in countries that eat alot of raw food and not so much in other countries that can break their foods down in all the many cooking ways that we have created. Now that's something I never thought about. So a roasted almond has more cal then a raw almond hmm well this would be something we should all learn in high school. Maybe the statistics about the parents out living the kids would change and it could get turned around to the kids being around as long as the parents. (just a thought)

Lunch I took to long and had to much help from kiddos making my flattened chicken to roll cooked spinach in with tiny bit of diced onions and cooked in the juices from sauteing the spinach. Too long meant I ate a handful of almonds that were mixed with cranberries that were dried. When I looked up the cal amount after I nearly choked. After P2 this would be a fine cal amount but not right in the middle of it. Notice I am not writing it down you have to figure it out. Needless to say I did not have my fruit and ate about 2:30 when I finally got to get the chicken cooked and done I had already eaten my 2 melba rounds and the almonds and the dried cranberries so I only partook of the one chicken roll stuffed with spinach. Lesson learned, when kids are underfoot for the day eat a baggy chicken salad that I prep ahead. I felt like I was a taxi driver all day starting at 7 am and ending at 9 pm. I never had a chance to make my own dinner so I am doing an experiment of having what I made the family. Turkey breast with my melba rounds and an orange. I can't remember if I ate my veggie I know I couldn't eat the families broccoli veg. WHAT A DAY can you tell they were all out of school today.

My spray ran out the day before so I have switched to the bottle of drops. I like this way much more then the spray. I choose the spray thinking it would be easy to not have to measure out a drop but now I have changed my mind. The spray is cold and the drops just stay in the one area that they are placed not making all my front teeth cold. Just my own idiosyncrasies.

I watched a documentary by Jamie Oliver in ABC.com http://abc.go.com/shows/jamie-olivers-food-revolution the obesity rate in West Virginia. It was very informational about how we have so much processed food and it is mostly bread type. This is so not green in any form at all. He even talked to the school lunch program trying to point out that if you can't read what the label says below the main ingredient of chicken should you be a bit worried. The next time would be on the way they mix chemicals to keep all these foods freezer safe. It looks evil to see these chemicals and think about it in our food. The one parent who was doing his program said that they had cut out all the snacks that the kids ate and increased the green in their diets and they were all losing weight because of it. I must be a mean Mom because we hardly have candy snacks at our house its always a home made brownie with extra eggs in it or carrot sticks or apples. There is never enough money to buy frivolous snacks.

I AM GROWING A BIG GARDEN AND DRYING AND PRESERVING LOTS OF FOOD THIS FALL.
