144.0 100 Grams is 3.5 ounzes.

No loss no gain, better then I expected.
Reviewing the diet helped me see something I had missed and didn't realize. I promise this protocol needs to be read every time you do a round. I ate Tuna at the start and it has to much fat in it. Dang and I thought it was a good meat for on the go meals you know the kind that is packed in water and the albacore white stuff but maybe I better stay a way unless it is so so a necessity for on the road Dr. visits.

I have to hide that sweet plant in my bathroom warm window, I caught the C boy and Mc boy snitching leaves off to taste. I told them if we really wanted a bush they better leave it alone. Ya no good warm barn window to stick it in dang.

Sunday take a snooze day and then letter writing day to faraway boy.
Lunch: Chicken 3.5 oz worth mixed with salad. Made homemade strawberry vinaigrette. Topped off with grissini sticks.
Dinner: Fish 3.5 oz sauteed with coconut oil, Cucumbers with salt and melba toast. One apple it keeps the Dr. away supposedly.

144,0 My own Stevia plant.

I had one of those physiological slides. See the scale didn't hurt me from my infractions yesterday so I kept feeling like I would be just fine and dandy. That was a nice sized weight drop.
BUT!!
I didn't feel hungry all day but I kept wanting the stuff you shouldn't have when losing with HHCG. It started with making french toast for the kids all at home. A grinding pull to taste it because it was there and I wanted. I did resist the whole one and went for tiny bites that Jer tried to feed me out of his. It had lots of cinnamon sugar on it since he thought it was toast and I disguised it under the guise of cinnamon toast. Then a very very late lunch at 3:00 because of swathing and hauling hay with the hubby. Dinner late again. and dang tempting swiss cheese. I caved I hope its not as bad on the scale rise as it might be say I was eating sugar. I wasn't even hungry I just wanted it outside of the 500 cal limit that you are supposed to stay on to drop the excess weight. This round is harder on the psyche. I know the protocol works so why do I keep messing with the temptations?

On a lighter note my Dad is the bestest. I had know idea he and my Mom where attempting to grow their own Stevia plants. They started several months ago and then brought a pretty plant to all of their kids. Its like a mint leaf without the minty taste just a very very sweet taste when you bite down into it. I was so excited now I will always have my own no calorie sweetener if I dry the leaves and grind them up into a powder. Now if only the little plant will grow big into a bushy bush. Problem is it can't ever get cold and that is going to be tough to keep from happening in the cold land of Utah.

Breakfast: Bites of cinnamon toast which was really french toast under the covering.
Lunch: Beef burger, Cherries bell tomatoes most likely more then I should have eaten. Orange and grissini sticks.
Dinner: Talopia fish, apple, and I can't remember what my veggie was we had so many kinds in the kitchen from picking most everything out of the garden because it froze last night. To many melba toast and the dang cheat of to much Swiss cheese.

147.4 Chocolate addictions??

Carrot cake scale rise not to bad only .8 above the set point so far. I am going to be good today because the garden is calling loudly and it's all green and luscious. Sweet peppers, spinach, butter crunch, radishes, red leaf lettuce mmmmmm. My mouth is watering for the salad that I will make today with sauteed chicken chunks.

Now if the chillens will just stay calm and sit by vegatably just watching T.V. I might be able to regain the house front and stop tripping on wet shorts and towels from water play and also keep the floor dry for more then an hour today. Maybe get some blankets washed and hidden so that the hut making slows. DREAM ON GIRL that's not going to happen until the school bell rings and they are back on a schedule. They are like a pack of dogs these boys lately just busy and hunting for things to do.

Breakfast: Pretty girl surprised me and had shrimp and peppers cooked to share with her.
Lunch: Tacos with lettuce, peppers, and spinach from our garden. A tiny bit of beans a tiny bit of wild rices and sour creams and the most delicious taco shell made from cheese eggs and cauliflower here's the link to get that amazing recipe. My kids ate every single shell that I made and didn't guess once that it was made with an egg.
Dinner:Popcorn and salad what a combo. Went to the park and watched movies on the side of the old log house.

I really like this Spicy Maya but I also love my own concoction of equal parts coconut oil, and coco dark powder with 1/2 cup coconut cream, 1/2 cup butter, almonds broken up, maybe some dried blueberries, or other crunchy nuts too. Sweeten with Stevia to your desire. Place in pan melt down and then put in paper candy cups place in freezer to harden and eat when needed.

I am playing, my computer will only past and copy this for some dang reason.

146.6 Dare I say maybe a set weight on the horizon????

Well this might be a score if I keep staying at this number for more then one day at a time. After a good family dinner I am not bouncing high again so this is a very good plus today.
I had to take pretty girl J to leave for 4 year level hike. She has been to girls camp 4 times and once to the 4 year level hike last year. Several of her friends think she is nuts to want to go again on this hike that is not easy and is very long also. She thinks this kind of stuff is the greatest and I admit I am glad it shows that she will be an active girl. She gets to be a camp leader this year which they label a Junior Leader, she will be gone the whole week and she didn't even get to take her texter machine as I have started to call it. So no walk yet maybe tonight when it cools down. It decided to have a wind blowing torrent of rain so I gave up for the day besides mornings are cooler these days.

Breakfast: a cheesy fried eggs with a bit of tomatoes sliced and almond butter with nutella.
Lunch: Steak and tomatoes, avocado, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds and raspberries vinaigrette form Waldon's Farms. Oooh what a salad. Practically forced myself to eat the whole steak.
Dinner:A small smoothy the one I keep making all week with the berries, ya that one.

Someone was whining to me about the cost of using Stevia in their water every day. Here is a math count down of the price of a soda drink that's 64 oz. by the time you bought one everyday for a 1.25 that's including the tax you will have spent 37.50$ over a whole 30 days. One 10.00$ or 14.50$ liquid stevia will fill 3 liters everyday for 30 days and sometimes more at 3 squirts a bottle and guess what you are more healthy in the end. So STOP WHINING AND GET A HEALTHY DRINK EVERYONE.

149.2 Wow I really didn't think I was going to come down that easy.

4 am phone alert from oldest in far away land, read letter, fall back to sleep. Wake up, moving makes me ache in the strangest spots and then I remember that I fell over a fence yesterday with my little guy on my shoulders. Even now I feel like laughing at myself. One of our horses decided to get really friendly last evening cause my apple smelt really good. She is not one that I trust to much and when she all of a sudden took way to much interest in me from my backside I hurried to get over our log fence. Well you can imagine with 21 pounds on the top of me the momentum just kept me going over landing on my backside with him sitting in the dirt, he stood up, dusted off, looked at me, yelled at the dumb horse and tried to get me up. Thank goodness none of the boys saw me go over they all would have been laughing at me.
So back to weight loss. I was pleasantly surprised that I came back to the spot of the 149 number with my huge mayhem meal the other day. It's been one of those days where busy busy busy is an understatement.
Two scouts doing the posting of the colors for the Memorial day presentation at the graveyard. Resist the yummiest of cookies. Home to referee, cook, clean, garden, manage wayward lawn mowers, garden some more, water fight breaks out, clean horse trailer, cook, dishes, laundry, hook up garden hoses, lawn hoses, vacuum, cook again, all to bed, me treadmill time, soak in a very hot bath. Whew made it through the day but I am sososososos tired.
Breakfast: Dark Chocolate stevia water, Apple
Lunch: Grilled Halibut on top of lettuce bed with grisinni sticks and some Walden Farms ranch.
Dinner: Turkey burger, (everyone had one mine sure looked tiny up against theirs) tomato sliced, Wasa bread and a half a grapefruit.
Miles: Just simply walking with all the chores today 1,061 steps. Treadmill time 4.5 miles making a total of 10,000 steps today.

150.4 Did I want to lose my chest or have my waist?

Did I really want to lose my whole top? It's what seems to be leaving the fastest. Soon I will need a new cup size (smaller), the only advantage that I had when I did weigh to much was the top. I remember back to my 20's I was never very big so it's not something that was my hubbies number one desire. I remember when I lost some 11 years ago back to that 110 spot and thinking about taking up a fund for lifting surgery enhancement. He said he didn't care as long as I was healthy. Here I am again feeling a slimmer waist but wishing to start a fund, even my daughter is going to be bigger then me when I am done losing. Oh well at least I am still loved by him.

Breakfast: Grapefruit half with tea this morning. My tea had better help me keep warm I made a concoction with Dark Chocolate and some coconut oil in my tea. It helped me like the taste and kept me warm.
Lunch: Hamburger, asparagus, with a wasa cracker.
Dinner: Chicken soup with spinach and broth and grissini mixed in. Strawberries sprinkled with powdered stevia.
Miles: Three miles for sure. One mile running. 7,212 steps I helped irrigate with hubby 30 acres an hour of walking. It's not the most brisk heart racing kind of walking but it was consistent to a point.

March 9, 2010 170.0 Wii, 169.0 New scales

THIS SUCKS! Yep I am paying for it, having eaten the pizza because I didn't eat before or be prepared last night. Next time I will make sure I have my chicken apple baggy salad or Shrimp picante lettuce wrap. Even a cold taco wrap would have been better. Or at least have grabbed an apple to keep from feeling like crashing out of hunger. So lesson learned breads with tiny tomato sauce and tiny veggies and lots of cheese is not easy for my body to handle. I will have to test this theory again by one addition at a time after this P2 with doing cheese first and then bread when its allowed. Lunch is going to be everything that's the lowest that's for sure. And I think I am going to go do what they call a detox bath with hottest water I can get and 2 cupsepsom's salt and 2 cups baking soda. Remember to cool down with shower after and before putting any soaps or shampoos on. Drink lots of water while your washing that fat out of those cells.
Lunch fish with picante sauce and lettuce together making only one cup worth and then I sprinkled the melba rounds on the top. Oh ya, I forgot to eat my grapefruit, I do not like them so I put powdered stevia on top and it was very good. Got me to the next eating time frame.
Dinner hmm coming up. Curry Chicken celery apple salad. I didn't even eat my melba toasts. I found the best calorie counting website today after watching a Youtube person named Mumzeeee and what her journey has been like. I love it because I can see the whole total and it records a record of it. Well time for sleep and early to rise. Oh well I ate my melba rounds at 7:30 started to feel a bit hungry sprayed right at eight.

March 2, 2010 Wii 173.1 172.8 new scales

Freezing again but feeling oh so good in the skin I have. My hands feel less puffy and fat. Now if my chin would slim down that would be nice. It was a crazy day of trying to make sure I ate at the right time and have time to even cook it. Lunch small 3.5 oz raw weighed sirloin tip steak with asparagus and apple salad. Dinner was strawberry cucumber salad with curried fish that's my favorite way to cook it. I could not make it cooking if I didn't have the recipes that make it so I can think up these combinations. I really cook terribly if its on my own and can not think up a veggi recipe for nothing. I had to be in places that I didn't know my water releasing spots so that was rough. I also have gotten Chocolate Stevia and Lemon twist stevia and add that to my water. Now I can get my water down easily in new ways. ITS GOING DOWN YEAH YEAH YEAH!
