Please Help this cutie out!

Please I have not many followers but even the few I do could help with just a tiny little bit. Those who link from my family site you can help too. The amazing thing is it's really truly coming so close to true and that's just to too to cool.

This girl says it so well even with her very colorfulness, but hey it's truthful, so read her plea and see what we can all do if we but work together to help others just a tiny little bit.

My kids you see this year that's what they did is give to her a bit of their Christmas money just so that she could get her a doggy. They understand that if she chokes and her Mommy is not alerted that her lungs can have major damage. They are sensitive to this because of there own little brother Jer's lung issues. They do not like the idea that she could silently cry without anyone knowing but a doggy could make all the difference and alert her parents to her needs. They have three of their own dogs and can not imagine her having to to be without one either, not when it could mean her very life could be saved by its ability to alert someone of her needs.
So please lets get this doggy with your help

Her Mommy is amazing and tells wonderful things about Chickadees story, she is my friend, read the stories here.
See her cute little face here, like her so you can see when she gets her doggy.
Give here so she can get her doggy its a secure site I promise.
If that isn't to your liking well there are other ways to get it too her I promise I can help you just email me please.
We are so close lets get that doggy soon for her!

142.6 Singing a smoky song.

Ignore the time stamp on my camera the boys have altered it, the picture was taken Tue and its still looking like this. This is how we are breathing, lovely right! There was a tiny rise because of the birthday Z boys frozen cake. He cut it and said here Mom this one is special just for you. Oh boy that sang trouble I ate it and now pay it but one slice at least didn't do me in. Breakfast:Mint herbal tea with chocolate stevia to sweeten.

Lunch:Cumber salad with Strawberry vinagrette and tiny onions and grissine sticks. Grilled turkey breast of 3.5 oz.
Dinner:Chicken choped tomatoes and and apple with some wasa crackers.
Riding the bus was a bit explosive I had to defuse a fued that I guess is on going with some kids. At least it didn't blow while they were on the bus. I got an interview and the Bus driver said he hopes that they just give me the job because its making his ride alot easier. Next Tue. good vibes send my way please.

145.8 GRRRRRRR

I had hoped it would drop the .4 but alas not today. I have a break from running today because I am driving instead. Wouldn't it be fantastic if you could like have a car that would let you run in place, call it TREADMILL car Ya. I so badly want to either walk or run instead of driving oh well not to be.

Lunch: Hamburger, tomato and a grapefruit, wasa crackers again. Can you tell I am being cheap and do not want to buy more of the allotted crackers or melba toasts. Why do it when I am almost done with having to eat them.
Dinner: Tuna on wasa with mustard mixed in and lettuce leaves. I forgot my apple ate some of the boys fries and ice cream at ten remembered my apple but didn't eat it just crashed into bed.

All went well with the little guy. We get to see the lung Doctor to see if there is new lung tissue growth happening along with the growing shots and years of maturation that have passed.

151.0 A deserved big Bounce

Well I almost didn't get on the scales but I forced myself to after a very long hot soaking detox bath. Yep there is that huge bounce. I missed all meals down to dinner.

Dinner: Shrimp, tomato and grisinni sticks. Drank my chocolate stevia water and was not hungry once today most likely cause I was so dang stuffed from the day before dinner mayhem. Later I ate my apple for a evening late snack.

As I sat in church singing one of my favorite songs called High on a Mountain top. There is this part that is very high, I used to sing with my friends and see how high we could reach with out destroying it in choir. Today I had all kinds of ability to reach peak highness and not be breathless at all. I began to ponder why it felt so different today from say last week singing. Then as I sang with the little kids I had the same feeling of being able to reach really high notes, like when I was younger. So later I am asking my hubby about it and he says 'well there has got to be more lung capacity because the fat is not as thick around your lungs and diaphragm area." Humm that must be it. Can you imaging if Opera singers were not fat what their lung capacity could be like WOW volumes that's for sure.

154.8 Oh my goodness it's working again.

I didn't even do any walking and the weight is back down I am so glad to see that. I have been prepping to take my meals and scale and stay this weekend in a hospital. Ugha I hope this is not going to be to hard. My weight and workout will be all messed up I am afraid but it must be done.

My little guy is having a cosmetic repair done from having a trach after his birth. I am a bit afraid for him but must not because faith and fear can not be together. He will no longer have a belly button neck when they are done. I have to stay overnight up there with him until they are sure his little lungs can breath all on their own. This means eating my pre measured foods and having to eat it cold or find a microwave somewhere in that hospital. I have to have food for him too because he gets so dang picky and won't eat sometimes and lives on that (stupid) wonderful pediasure.

All in all I can say that this will be interesting that's for sure. Thank goodness I am not having to go up there alone hubby is coming too so I will make it through.

Lunch: Chicken with spinach rolled inside with about 2 T's of Quinau left from hubbys breakfast cooking in my pot. I mixed some of the cold expeller pressed coconut oil with a tablespoon of milk and went without my crackers or toast allotment. Strawberries with Stevia sprinkled yum.
Dinner: Curried Halibut in the cold pressed oil again. Salad with 3 lettuce leaves and a half a tomato and melba toast on top. I did put a tiny bit of Walden Farms dressing on top. Just enough to make a taste.
Miles 2 on treadmill Dragging but walking even if it is slow.
