136.2 APPLE DAY with peaceful Sabbath!

The scale keeps hoovering near this irratating spot so I decided to do an apple day and see what happens. It is amazing to only eat 6 alloted apples which really I only needed 5 and lots of water and just not really have to much of a hungry feeling. As soon as the feeling started to come on near dinner I hurried to take my drops and it left. I am just amazed at how this HHCG works as long as I stay tight to my scheduled eating times and if neccesary spread the eats to cover if its going to be longer in-between then what I planed for my eating time frame.
I was still bugged to see this number today when steping on the scale and would like to get done with this round but it seems that my body likes this 134 or higher place alot.

This evening after eating all my apples and drinking about 3 liters of stevia lemon water it was interesting to see the scale say 136.2 the exact same thing it had said this morning at 6Am. But I know that around noon when I had looked to see what it was it was a bit higher. Watching my metabolism burn the apples is pretty much what I did today.
I took a leisurely mile walk with with Hubby and some of the boys. The boys are picking up pop cans so they can earn their own money to pay for all their own Christmas gifts to each other this year. It was a fun spiritual filled day of peacefulness and that's just what I always like on the Sabbath day.
Yes I did have to bribe two boys with a candy bar reward if they would sit quietly though church and keep their arms folded as much as possible but who cares one candy bar was worth being able to listen without a small fist fight going on below the pew line for the whole congregation to witness. Some times they try to wrestle in Church too, so it was in my opinion a very peaceful Sunday.

139.2 The day after race ouch!

As the day neared the end yesterday I started to be really "ouch" in my hip on that left leg. I had done lots of stretching and kept wondering why its hurting this race and running agendas compared to back in June and July when I prepared for my first 5K race. I hadn't ached not one time back then so why now. The Hubby just always says something like you need to work it out more, no help there. Well I finally got a jet tub massage going on it. This has helped it quit hurting and being all tight and isn't feeling like it ran any miles at all on that hip for today at least. Hopefully the muscle will settled down in that area now and will stay settled down forever.
Today I rested with a bit of stretching tomorrow. I will hit it hard again bumping up the miles a bit.
The days eats have been crazy sugary such as chicken with sweet sour sauce and oreo cookies.
I had oatmeal with yogurt that had sugar in it. I did eat one healthy half of a cucumber. But then on to a brownie with marshmallows, jalapeno poppers and fruit. Oh ya pepper jack cheese and lots of my water too. This is definitely the dangerous season of foods maybe because our bodies crave the warmth that fats and carbs make under the layer of our skin in preparation for cold weather. Just a thought on why we eat what we do some days. Believe me my body would some days like that fat layer back to keep it warm, it is cold in my surrounding land now days. The only problem is my willpower will not allow that fat layer to come back, no never again can it come back like that.

136.6 I am having a chocolate attack.

I am not sure what my problem is today but I WANT CHOCOLATE bad. Like I am in need of the extra protein or something. I ate Nutella and it is hazelnuts and chocolate but a no no in the sugar department. I have got to get out of the house before I eat the whole very large container that I can usually resist. So close to 135. but no dice, urrrgha frustrating. Fasting didn't even seem to make a big drop for me. My body systems are in control and they say when I will or will not drop lower. Only today and tomorrow left and then 2 days more to reach an elusive point closer to 120. Such a mind mess that we have to get through to lose the weight that we want to be free from.

Breakfast: Orange spice herbal tea with Stevia
Cheats: Spoonfuls of Nutella uggha
Lunch:Fish, butter crunch lettuce and strawberries again, with a few melba rounds.
Dinner:Chicken wasa cracker, apple and cucumber.
I did not drink enough water in the morning I felt dehydrated by the end of the day and chugged 3 big glasses.

Cheating
Having very little discipline today.
Crappy eating
Bottom line I am moving to maintenance soon and I have been successful in getting my body back into shape after many years, think positive instead of negative fat talk because I can now run and feel smaller in many healthy ways. A site that was good for me to run into and practice doing instead of beating myself up about cheating today.
Demise
Soccer party Auugah this has to have been the worst day. I obviously need to be ended. There was cream cheese with salsa, chips, donuts, pumpkin cake, brownies, candy, cookies, and popcorn with Carmel ok you know where I am going. The candy, donuts and brownies did not even appeal to me but the cream cheese and pumpkin cake stuff just jumped off the table and flew into that mouth even when I was clamping it shut. I undid all my hard work and it wasn't even because I was hungry. I am a mess today. So to you all, even when you finally are getting down there you must continue to be vigilant and know that there are just days when it comes out of no where and attacks your willpower and you eat it. Just get back up and start over again. I will look at the scale in the morning and go forward because I know I can do this I just have to work harder at it. I am craving omelets and veggies with healthy proteins so that's a good sign I could care less about candy you can tell by my choice of failings.
Maybe when you hitting the end of what you need to lose your round should be shorter so you can handle the day when resolve slaps you in the face.
To a new day tomorrow I will be ok after I cry on the scales.

147.0 INCH WORM INCH WORM

Worming down the scale and inches off yessiree! I fit into those skinny jeans (we got them for my daughter but they are to hippy for non having babies body yet) today only in the leg area couldn't do the button up yet but that's ok it will get here soon I am sure. I was so excited I didn't even say anything to hubby cause he loves jeans & he would say something like, just wear them undone with a long shirt to hide the button top being undone. Right if I sat then they would slid down my butt. I have learned it's not all about what the scales says because firm in muscle is going to be a bit heavier then what my weight goal would be. I only have a few days left of my HCG drops to go so I will see if I can lose this 2 pound elusive point that I want.
Breakfast: Protein bar because I went for a long walk/run.
Lunch: Fish cooked with coconut oil and sauted asparagus, crushed my wasa rye cracker in to soak up the juices left. Grapefruit. Chicken grilled. Raw spinach salad with strawberries and gissini sticks.
Miles: 6 I ran two miles with my C boy who is starting high school football and his most beloved Wrestling training. It was punishment for not going to bed till 2 in the morning (yes I caught him watching t.v. when checking little guys oxygen to make sure it was on his nose). He kept up ya it was more like I kept up, he was impressed that I went that far. I had to admit that I do not do it everyday yet.
Danger!!!!!! I will be leaving to attend big wedding with cousin tomorrow and then big family reunion on Sat. I am taking all my own food. I am going to have to resist the treats and delicacies at both parties. Tell me I can make it wish me well I can check my notes on my phone I just can't blog back or reply till I get back home on Sun. but I will be being accountable to my blogging buddies to stay strong and hit my goal.
I am in bed early with threats laid that no one will go with me to the parties if I find children awake at 1or 2 in the morning.
