Thrones

I don't feel good!

My charity run 10k up in smoke!

Only one draw back to having lost all my fat.
FREEZING when its cold and never being warm enough even when its balmy, which its not its snowing again.

Hubby is on an errand for Knorr broth in a package, yes for me.
Pizza for everyone else, the sound of that makes me double over and hold my tummy,

I should have known that I was not on top of the game the day before when I could not stop sneezing, the virus would just be getting started good. Thank goodness pretty girl can drive since the bus came and left them all this morn.

Jer woke up mad that I hadn't taken him to school, but that throne kept me hostage and we are not talking about the one with the marriage that was going on over there in the England.

BMI being Smart, Diets and Kids, take your pick.

Did you know that you might get dumber as you get heavier yikes. What is your BMI go figure it there and see at Dr. Amens site click here.

BMI is so important that they even did that study to see what affect it has on your brain. WOW believe me I am working to get mine down even more. If you want to go right to the study that Dr. Amens linked to click here. Mine is low but it really could be lower. I wonder how low it was when I was a teen. I do recall it back 4 years ago being at 39%. My Pretty girl's is 17% and she can eat like a horse. I right now have a 24.1% but back in Oct it was 22.8% and believe me I pay attention every day to the consumption in this body. A very good BMI for me at my age and height is 20-27%.

Below this study is a link here about kids and their calorie consumption and the affects it has later in life. Some days I can just feel really defeated over this when it comes to my little guy Jer. He has the hardest time consuming things like veggies or fruit. We can get small amounts of protein like steak and chicken and breaded fish in him once in a while but wow its a constant battle when you look at the calorie consumption of my other 6 kids. Now that I have Shakeology that he just loves I feel less defeated.

HEY would you want to try my shake cause let me just tell you its AMAZING compared to all the other protein carb mixes out there on the market.

Just click up there and it will link you to that cool site that makes it so you can get some too.

Did you ever wonder how a food breaks down in the gut and what it does to get you fed from that gut? Take a look at this spot here what a really good break down of why we need to avoid certain foods for certain reasons.
Or what about what might really be a starch in a food that you hadn't thought about look at a list here
How about the science as to why a gut can get sick here.
All this info has me really thinkin about how and why HCG worked for me and what the gut does in breaking down our foods.
What do you think?

136.6 Shock drop WOW!

That is the first time that big of a drop has ever happened to me while doing the HHCG, 500 cal diet of Dr Simeons Protocal. Yes my intestinal tract last evening went into elimination mode but not in a you are sick type of mode just the natural normal way that it should. I even slept in rather deeply this morning and upon looking at the scale again the reading was the same as when I had gotten on ealier at my normal 6:00 am time frame and then went back to bed for what I though was going to be an hour and turned into two more lovely need hours.

Lunch: fish orange, melba rounds and spinach.
Dinner Steak, with wasa and apple and too many melba rounds I think with baby lettuce.

140.4 Modified Steak day again.

I decided to try another steak day to see if the weight would drop back down to the lower level that I had ended this last round with. I am not really ever hungry and eat really rather small in portion but I always seem to slowly climb up bit by bit. That's even with all the hard working out that I have been doing. I look great so I can't complain that the scale sits a tiny bit higher then when I finish but sure makes me nervous for when I reach my goal point. I just might have to go way past the 120 mark so that my system does its final set point right at the 120 when its all said and done, if you follow my gist here.

The C boy came and said he had a go to the bathroom problem. The Hubby and I asked him how long it had been going on. He said like 4 days now. We were a bit surprised and then the lecture about didn't you listen about how the wrestling coaches said you needed to drink water? Ya Ya but he hadn't believed and now he was sick. Well since that Hubby is in the Med field and the Little guy Jer has to often use things to help the motility, C boy got a dose. Needless to say those few pounds that he has been stressing over came off and the morning weight was 1 pound away from where he needs to be by Saturdays weigh in. Now all we have to do is good healthy eating of nice veg and protein for three meals in small portions and lots of water with tons of exercises and I bet that boy makes the coveted 103 pound bracket that he desires.

Me a nice long walk of 2.5 miles since its my rest day but I crave doing something healthy everyday now.
Eats steak apple and some cheese oops not a total steak day.

154.2 OOOOh

Well the scale is moving down small but down. I shouldn't have eaten the dressing yesterday maybe but who knows. I am flipping freezing again not sure if that's because of the body or because its snowing on the mountains and raining in the valley around me and makes our house cold again.

Inches are coming off and I have got to get a 20 day measurement on my record keeper. I put a pair of pants on that were tight in March and they were like a bag on me today. I had to wear a belt to keep them up. My waist is so much smaller yet my hips are still holding on to the fat cells. I started to think about how the wait packs on to my body with each child that I gave birth to. Two times I have started a pregnancy at 110 pounds each time the weight went on my hips towards the back first. This must be where its going to come off last. It makes sense to lose from the last placed cell to the first placed cell. Just like when you build with blocks. You can't start a building in the air, what happened to the foundation? It's all in how your body places it. My partner places it all over so it comes off all over also. She looks amazing and not lumpy in spots like I seem too look. Man if I had known what I know now and went through a pregnancy things would be so different I think.

Lunch: Curried Tolapia on a wasa cracker, strawberry, cucumber salad with apple cider vinegar dressing.
Dinner: Turkey burger with mixed salad greens on a wasa cracker and an apple.
Miles: I can't seem to get any miles in today or at least recordable ones on a treadmill or planed track route.

154.4 thats the weight today!

So one way to help diminish the freezing that starts for me during the morning is if I drink my 3 liters of water with it starting on the luke warm side. And like I said I try to get more then half down by the time I am going to eat my lunch meal.
Here is a subject that when I think it in my head I can not say it on a blog but today I spoke it out loud and so it came out better then my thoughts and I am now going to try blogging it.
There is all this talk about constipation with people who are using HCG. So I think about the implications to this. 1 if your gut is used to having tons of food in it all the time and then it is in the situation of a 500 cal diet wouldn't your body after a bit say "hey wait a min not enough input for hugely stretched gut to push out why try." You see I have to take my little guy to a GI DR., that's short for Gastroenterology Doctor who studies gastrointestinal illnesses. So you know a GUT investigating guy who listens so us about why our little guy won't Poop. And gives medicine to help him get hungry enough to eat so that he will poop. The best advice I heard from him was. " YOU KNOW IT CAN'T COME OUT IF IT'S NOT PUT IN FIRST"! So my take on this whole constipation issue with HCG is our guts having been way overloaded through the years, and some more then others, has to take time to adjust and it will get to some kind of a normalcy. Just relax. 2 maybe take some good Biotropins with Acidphilus and Bifidus. Maybe all the good bacteria needs a boost in your gut. Dr's.. don't tell us to take this stuff after giving us an antibiotic. Did you know antibiotics kill these good bacterias that help our guts attack and break down stuff. So now you can save a few thousand and not visit a GI Doc since I told you a bit of advice he told us.

Oh I lost and I even have a lovely visitor Flo. Now that's a start because last time I just held and held, but it does help explain my inability to resist the Cayenne Chocolate Bar.
Lunch: Tuna, apple, celery on a Wasa Cracker
Dinner: Chicken with spinach, seasoned with onion and garlic powder, and Fresh strawberries, Melba rounds
Miles: 4 Easy walk on the treadmill.
