Day 43 HCG out of system 159.2 lbs thats 24.8 gone.
Maintance saw top weight 161.8, lowest 158.6 lbs.
R1, P2, 180.0 lbs.
Loading gain 184.1 lbs.
Drop back to 180.8 lbs.
On 20th day lost 169.0 lbs.

Drop back to 145.0 I am a bouncing Fool.

Loading gain 3 days 169.4 lbs.
Took week to drop to 160. 8lbs
June 9 2010 last day of drops 144.6 Did a 40 day round.
HCG out of system 147 had to already do a steak day.
Drop back to 145.0 I am a bouncing Fool.

Took to Sept. 6 to lose back to 150.2 on day 4.

HCG out of system 136.00 on Oct. 18, 2010
Top weight that made me have to have a steak 141.0
Lowest weight if I ever drop after by shear losing135.6 for one brief second.
This round was a way tough round for losesing and even harder to make stick to a low spot.
Starting Fourth Round. Nov. 25, 2010
R4 P2 137.2 start after abotu three weeks maintanace.
Loading gain 2 days ?
FAILED the Holiday treats took me and held me hostage. Working right now to just pay attention to calorie consumption and excersise out put.
Ended Dec 23 rd.

- 160.8 dang thats not very much.
- 2.6 lbs done again. INCES INCHES GOING away.

- 159.2 on the morning scale. 24.8 POUNDS GONE

- willpowerwithhcg@yahoo.com Email me if you have questions or want the recipe book that I use for P2. Remaking me back into the shape I want and it’s not even as bad as it could have gotten. I never thought I was that fat and out of shape until it wouldn’t come off. I was always very small through all my young pre having baby life. There was even a great time between the third baby and fifth pregnancy that I lost all the way down to 110 LBS and fit back into all my cool pre marriage clothing. After that stress took over and life with tons of kids and not taking time for myself. Also a 7 ½ month sit and not walk around happened. The year after that took it's toll with hardly doing anything physical for having to care for the needs of a very demanding handicapped child. For about a year now I have tried and tried and can not loose, so thus a major change has been required and it’s working! That’s the most cool part but, I MUST also make a lifestyle eating change to match it. And fallow Dr. Simeons for life.
