Swearing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and going backwards?????

Mon.: Scale reading 149.8
Tue.: scale reading 148.0 Talking to authorities again and telling my story.
Wed.: scale reading 148.6 Funeral and scout pack meeting.
Thru.: scale reading: 147.8 Got some peace and was begged to come back to work.

Let me tell you I never do this except when I am very very mad. Monday was and has been one to swear over and accusal has been high and placed on me and now I am furious.
One of the things that gets my craw in a total uproar is when people walk by and see something going on that is of total illegal standing and then they never say a thing nor do a thing about it. Shall I give a small example -- the passing and most likely selling of drugs on school property, mind you elementary school! (yes I turned them in) The turning of an adults head and not telling a parent when their child did something because it's non of their business yet the child is headed for shear destruction of their moral fiber and on the brink of becoming a pregnant teenager because a kid is raping her.(yes I said something even though I didn't know the parents and he landed in jail and is getting help and so is she.)
Then the gaul to accuse someone of stealing an illegal item and releasing them from their employment. Hello I did say illegal item highly illegal and releasing them from their employment. What is this earth coming too. And ultimately the worst a Mother who white washes her sons activities because she isn't into wanting him to get in trouble and yet her very professional job is taking care of youth and counseling youth who do the very thing she is covering for her son being stupid about. Yet he accuses his employee of stealing illegal item and then fires them. Wow ok can I say it again WOW notice I did not swear but I want to. I am a Mom and I have told my kids that should they be stupid and land in jail then I will get them in the morning but expect to sit and think in time out for awhile if they are going to act like a dumb child. Never did I think that an accusal of this sort could be laid onto someone who is impeccably honest and totally forth right so much so that her own Pretty girl says ya I didn't tell you about that stupid friend because you would have told her Mother and she needs to figure out how to get out of this mess herself not with you telling her Mom. Or the Son who tells his friend better not say anything or my Mom will tell the authorities what your doing. Do You get the kind of person that I am. So now I am mad as a very wet hen and there is going to be flames and someone is going to burn for wrongly accusing me of stealing an item left by I guess a guest, and an illegal item at that, when in the act of cleaning and doing my job honestly.

The company who begged me to work for them that is the resort over from the very amazing wonderful honest, clean, trustworthy Deer Creek Resorts made a big mistake. I had a manager accuse me of stealing an illegal smoking item out of a cabin that I did not clean. Things are resolved only because my brother in law is a cop, my best friend is a cop, my nephew is a cop and they realized they made a huge mistake in blaming me. Who fires someone over a supposed missing illegal item who in their right mind? Maybe someone who really is the user hmmmm possibly a manager himself. But I don't trust that company and I will be forever wary and I am for sure looking towards some new employment. I will always recommend Deer Creek Cabins over that other place hands down!
Breakfast-protein drink out the door to work.
Lunch-2 Cucumbers while talking to authorities and filing complaints on above stated disaster.
That was the morning and in the evening upon returning from taking two little guys to do their summer Peewee 4-H show the truck with about 5 thousand tons of trailer and three horses ran out of gas and I had to drive it up a hill being towed and then down two hills to get it home. Nerve wracking and maddening and my elbow is swollen from gripping the steering wheel so hard for that thirty min drive in the pitch black night to get us all pulled home with the white truck that kept me in town so many days ago. I guess I better say as my son calls it, that white truck is NINJA and I am glad it rescued me. But Dinner was at 2:00 am, a Chile beef hot dog on white buns because by that point in time I was staving and had the shakes so bad and my sis in law who had gone ahead of us had dinner waiting for two hours while we had tried to get enough gas into the huge fire engine truck as our kids call it. It has duel tanks and one didn't register right thus it ran out. Whew I am so glad that day ended.

149.8 I survived to a point.

So I am back and alive but the scales suffered or maybe I should be honest and say I suffered upon standing on the scales daily and I am so glad last week is over.
Scale readings:
Tuesday 146.2
Wednesday 146.2
Thursday 149.0
Friday 148.6
Saturday I totally forgot because I left at 6:00 am my usual weigh in time.
Sunday 150.6

Bottom Line Food at a County Fair is so not good for you. Not drinking enough water while standing in the hot sun day after day is not good for you. Getting sick and feeling like crap from dust and smoke is so not good for you. I crave healthy food choices from my garden and fridge like crazy.

I tried to eat protein selections but all that is is hamburgers with no veggies and bread buns on both sides when at a county fair. Finally I yielded to chips and cheese and fajitas with lots of their sugar sauces, Italian ice, potato salad samples, peanut butter sandwiches, ice cream at the livestock family partie, soda pop to try and quench thirst, breaded chicken chunks. Super healthy eating is rough when your on the go that many days. Sat we finally were able to get grapes and cheese sticks with yogurt cups that felt sorta healthy. On Sunday all I felt like eating was Cherri bell tomatoes and some protein drink.
There is a forest fire in the county behind us so the smoke on Thur. got to being really blown over us as we sat watching the Rodeo that my pretty girl rode in. By the end we went home smelling like a camp fire and pretty much that hasn't really stopped since. I must be allergic to something that is burning because I got super sick to the point of getting antihistamines to help get through the itch eyes and inflamed lungs and nose drips. Jer just had to have an oxygen increase and my Z guy looks like he has permanently sunburned eyes and cheeks he is allergic like me to whatever is burning in those mountains.
On the positive side Pretty girl has enough points to ride and represent our 4-H horse division at they State 4-H show, she sold both her sheep and got blue ribbons, Son in far away land got a blue and red ribbon on his photo entries that we entered for him and Mc managed to get a blue ribbon on a horse that is so claustrophobic that maybe she shouldn't be put inside of a stall at the county fair. She was a psychological mess and could hardly stand to be away from Pretty girls horse Hobbles so he had to force her to do any of the 4-H advents and it took alot of skill on his part, he is getting to be a very good horseman.

148.0 Hiking with my scouts

Yep I am getting my exercises in one way or another. I took the scout group that I work with on a hike up to see a cave called Hundred hands cave made with real hands placed on the wall of the rock cave many many years ago. The Indians made the prints and they are preserved behind an iron gate for all to see. It was about a 1.92 mile walk all the way around, we had fun.

Then off to mini job and then back to do peewee 4-H I feel like I ran a marathon today. I changed 7 beds and cleaned three houses I think I am way tired.

Steak day by default of no eating time boy was it yummy. I also had two apples and an chocolate Nutella sandwich in there somewhere. Veggies are starting to pop out of my garden so fresh yummy very soon will grace my tastes.

146.4 Finally a good scale reading again.

I ran 3.41 miles this morning and I did it in 40 mins and it felt sooooo good. I am not sure if it was because I had to be back and done by 7:30 am or if there was a guy out grading my road coming ever closer to me with that big machine and I wanted to get done. But I pumped my arms harder and it helped to move me faster. Plus I turned my run around so that I was going more down hill then up. Truck saw the Dr. and its finally all totally better, about time I think. I ate ice cream today yikes and lots of green salad with avocados.
The kids are still being willing to get jobs done and the house is still looking nice. I might give the T.V. back tonight??? Na there is to much peace here to give that attention sapper back. I think we will go for a nice long family horse ride well those of the family that are here that is. Pretty girl J got to go back to working with the high school tec crew for the play that they are going to put on this weekend.

Came home from a fun mountain horse ride to find Pretty girl J with a boy watching a movie. The poor Dad just doesn't know how to handle this new addition to her life experiences. He never was that protective over the older brother like this I hope he survives it.

P.S. how do you get your awards and put them on your blog page lacking in tec no how on this one?

148.8 New day tuesday.

I received a Versatile Blogger award from reachingonderlandwithhcg.blogspot.com Thank you my dear I have never done this. The award comes with some guidelines.
1. Thank the person that gave you the award - Thank you, Kathryn
!
2. Share 7 things about yourself.

  • I have 7 beautiful children that I gave my tiny body up for and now I am doing all I can to get it back so it's mine.
  • I have another blog that's about my family but you have to do the search to figure it out like someone else I know who did it and found it.
  • I am the oldest of 7 and 3 are sisters and we are all working on weight losing
  • I made the drawings and blue prints. Then Hubby and I logged out, hauled off the mountain and cut the logs to build our own log home with the help of our Dads, brothers and even a few sisters.
  • I am running my very first 5K and just started seriously running towards a race goal at 43 years of age.
  • I have moved 55 times in my life before the age of 20 and I wasn't a milatary brat.
  • I should have gone to school to be a nurse but I didn't so I learned lots about what it could be like by haveing my last baby live in a hospital for 7 1/2 months after he was taken c-section.
3. Nominate 15 blogs that you have discovered recently- ok you all know who you are!
4. Let the bloggers know that you have nominated them.

Now I have to flipen rage because we the parents have been doing to many nice things for kids who just do not get it and take advantage. We have a give take system, the kids do things like chores and the return pay is parent willingness to drive all over kingdom come and take horses to many places or pay for an activity like wrestling. If they earned the money and payed for the activity themselves then they get to do it. So often our kids are making sure they pay their own money towards what they want to do. Or they are working really hard to keep the chores in and out of the house done so we are willing. Well somewhere along this summer some kids have forgotten that this is how our household motates. Today the balance got tipped way badly and there are some kids who are not going to get to wrestling camp tomorrow, didn't get to go to high school tech fun day. Tomorrows peewee 4-H is out for one and there are only two who didn't loose all the important doing things that they wanted to do. They actually helped the one who lost out on peewee to get his job finished after the Mom started to take the books that he had dumped to the local thrifty store. Pretty soon there is one who is not going to have a bed or pair of clothing to wear if he isn't having an attitude change.
Have you heard of James Jones it's a pretty good program and of course I tweak it to my way of doing a bit but if you have kids who think they should be handed a silver platter with everything on it Go have a really good looky it could save you a bundle either now or when they have to go to the detention center.

Family time in the summer

Sunday July 18th 151.4
I feel like catch up all around me. Two derailed days from run training. Sunday my hubby told me I should make it a real day of rest and not run in the cool hours so I wrote to lovely family members instead, I am related to three young men who are out serving the Lord and one who is serving our country and they all need to have a note that says us at the home front remember and care for them.
I did have a Sunday steak day because my hubby found a steak deep in the bottom of the deep freeze and told me and cooked it for me. I think he was hiding it since he is crazy for beef.
Did the scale work welllll not like I would have liked to seen but that's ok.
Monday July 19th 150.4 So thats a first cause the steak day didn't work this time at all wonder why??????????????????????????????????????
I had to go with the hubby at 5 am into work to get that dang truck that keeps taking my time. That dang truck better get itself back in order and stop taking my time up. If you can't guess it's the same truck that caused me two days of town sitting last week so that now I have to do house repairs from wild unattended summer lose boys left alone in the house. If I am going to be in town then lets get foodie finally and a crystal ball video. It focuses on simple ABS just what I need for the weakest part of my body. It's by Leslie Sansone haven't had a sec to try it yet but I'll let ya know if it's worth it.
The truck finally got done and gets to come home from the mechanic Doc. and the hubby got off early. So he has hair brain idea and we all went to the swimming pool to escape the heat of the day. That was a blast he never wants to swim so you know it has got to be really hot. He raced J and C and even dove off the boards with them. Dunked K and Mc and splashed with Z and Jer. I got a mini run in done under the water. After our swim the pretty girl had a horse drill team practise so over to there we went and watched, then early to bed since all were swam out tired.
My food today was to many breads and needs more vegetables but I am not going to stress it will work out in the end. Playing with children was lots more fun.

149.8 Pretzel destruction, two day in one post.

FRIDAY Carbs like pretzels really are not great for me. They just helped tip my scale up from this whole week of crazy. Summer is starting to get the best of me in lots of ways. The laundry is stacking the dishes are stacking and I really need to have a grocery shopping day. Instead I got my morning run in and then hurried to do Pretty girls job and back to load horses to head to a super good shoer. The barrel horse has to have his nail job done so he can run faster and faster.
Only draw back it takes forever and lots of standing patience to do three horses nails.
Finished up the day by helping move my niece into her traveling trailer so she can head clear across the United States. Dinner was so late it will most likely show again on the scales in a negative manner.
Miles: 4.87 jogging and total cool off walk makes 5. miles yeah I am recovered from toe injury I would say. My shoes are a dream come true I feel like I can move faster not much but a bit faster.
I can't remember breakfast it was too long ago and dinner was a creation of green beans and sausage, with onions and cream cheese sauce that everyone snarfed super fast since Lunch was so skimpy from waiting for horses to be shod.
SATURDAY 148.8 after running the scale droped to 147.4 I wish I could count it as my scale reading. Ran 3.81 miles and walked the rest making 5.33 miles total hot muggy morning. I should do a steak day but I have none left so that's out and the rest of the day is going to be family dutch ovens danger stuff. Breakfast of a big protein drink and then some veg stir fry for lunch.
Dinner: fried chicken in dutch ovens and three kinds of cobblers out of the dutch ovens with spinach, strawberries, apple, salad with the nicest vinaigrette dressing. Tomorrow I think I better run the whole five miles to burn these calories off.
We had a smoking car halfway down the canyon returning from a family reunion. Scary I never seen my kids pile out of a car so fast. In the end all it was was oil burning on the engine and no explanation as to why it happened. The Dad had no answer to the whys of the oil spurting onto the engine. The kids were nervous the whole rest of the way home and wanted to drive in their cousins truck which I didn't blame them.

147.0 Barrel racing day.

I talked the pretty girl into getting up and going for a walk with me this morning finally, but she only lasted 1 mile and then ditched me saying her back hurt. Later in the day I ran head long into getting me a mini job so I can pay for my new possible hobby of paying for race fees. Like I can really fit another thing in in my life but pretty girl can help me so it's going to be a good train her job if it all works out right. We went and did the job training for 2 hours and then came home. Loaded up all the boys ran over and did her other job of cleaning dog kennels and then drove 35 min to the big horse arena. She washed her horse and then proceeded to do her events which range from halter showing, western pleasure, reign pattern, pole bending, keyhole, and barrel racing. Pretty girl had a barrel run of 16.4. She is cutting the time down with each run, she was thrilled. She might not be a great walking/jogging partner but she sure can make a ride look easy on the back of her horse.
Miles: 2 pretty wimpy but tomorrow I will make up for it.
Breakfast: turkey sausage on a fried eggs with cheese.
Lunch: a fast protein drink.
Dinner: subway sandwiches in the car and naughty hard pretzels, Drop the bag and step away, it was like some crazy addiction hit me. Now I really have to run tomorrow.

146.6 What a day!!

5:45 I fell back to sleep and the hubby left without shaking me awake again, then Hubby called me 2 times on my cell to get me to wake up at 6:15. I slept right through it. 6:45 The landline rang, freshman football camp boy has carpool boys wondering if he is coming. CRAP they leave him. We hurry so he won't have to run to many laps. I offer to run with him he laughs. Good grief then the old farm truck runs out of gas, I coax it down the hill to the station and make it but he is 22 min. late. I talk to the coach for him and all is cool. Since I am here with nice flat track again I use it.
Miles: 3 on the track

I arrive home to find our mare having a new baby that takes up a few hours and so breakfast is now pushed to lunch.
Lunch: Shrimp with lots of butter and carrot cake from one of my boys birthdays this last week. Then later more carrot cake and a salad, and more carrot cake and again more you get the picture right?
I have to get out of the house so yard work and horse play and laundry uugggh. Hang out at the park back to carrot cake but it has healthy carrots and it's just little squares.
Dinner: Salmon with asparagus in a cream parmesan cheese sauce so yummy and more carrot cake heavens it has got to get gone so I make everyone eat some. Now the one healthy thing is he isn't into frosting so it's more like eating a bread of carrots but the scale is going to be up I am afraid, to much sugar in the mix.
Please kids go to bed so I can get some needed sleep this night I can not keep sleeping through my cell phone and hubby alarms.

147.4 STRESSERS

One of the major things that can stress me is the paper work that my little guys case demands. I found myself on the phone twice calling back to make an appointment after having left a message and they didn't call back to get him in. Mind you this is for a follow up to see big grow Dr. in Jan 2011, like I have time to call back again and again after leaving messages. That was yesterday. Then today I have to do review paperwork for his disability case or they will be canceling us. Of course it didn't come in the mail until Fri. and it's due back on July 5th when all mail is undeliverable and I have a question and no one was in the office Friday through Monday. Good grief. Top that off with having to sit on the phone for 35 min to be told that it was of course the wrong department and be transferred to the supposedly correct office for another 35 min. Which then the phone hung up when the person was getting ready to answer. RRRRRRGH.

I caught myself eating cereal. WHAT.! I do not even like it because for some reason it cuts my mouth up and leaves the driest taste inside it and most of all it's bad for you. I haven't gotten the stuff for over a year and the Dad was saying please get some so when we have to leave so early we have fast food for breakfast. The biggest problem is that's not how the kids eat it. They chow like nobodies business and the great big bags of bulk Malto meal is gone like in a day or faster depending on who is home to consume. So between my mindless stress eating and their sugar fast seeking it just cannot come in my house again. Besides 4-H Peewee was a nightmare tonight because they were all so hungry from quick non filling carb meals that had no protein carryover, they whined that they wanted off the horses after hauling 30 min to the arena. Satisfying pancakes with doubled up eggs and some sausage will just have to be the mainstay at this house.

Miles:running 2 walked 1.5
Breakfast: Dumb cereal for everyone else. I had a nice cream cheese and blueberries.
Lunch: Dumb cereal no one wanted real food I ate salmon steak.
Dinner: They of course went right for the cereal and I talked some into eating venison. I also made a nice spinach havartti cheese egg fritatda.

148.0 Racing Day it's going to be crazy tonight.

Usually we celebrate the 4th on by going to our town park and having fun with food food and more food, booths, water dunking and arm wrestling. But this year we have hay that has to be done before we can play so we all stayed home and worked until the Rodeo in the evening. Our pretty girl J usually rides the barrels in the exhibition runs and she did it again taking 3rd place, hopefully I can repost and add pic in a few days. The evening meal is usually crazy so this year I decided to stop at Taco bell and get a whole bunch of burritos and tacos, This was the best idea yet compared to standing in lines with kids pulling at me and then dropping stuff in the rodeo dust. Except little guy decided to get hungry just before all the lights went out and time to watch fireworks. He left his bottle in the car uggha what a time to discover that.
I caved and ate a taco and then one more this Aunt sure makes you hungry but it could be that I run this morning and just needed more to have enough energy for the day.
Miles: Jogging cause I was really slow today 3.45 and .75 walking making a total length of 4 .2 miles I love my mapping tools I can tell to the .2 how far I went.
Breakfast: a beef patty with tomatoes
Lunch: left over chicken in the cream sauce and a big salad.
Dinner: two taco bells even if I end up paying a pound or two of gained weight.
How do you celebrate your freedoms?

149.8 GRRRRRRR Seriously

I am trying to remember that the scales is not the only indicator that I am getting in shape and be all right with the number game. I am as bouncy off the drops this time as I was on the drops. With one huge exception I can run miles. It was so easy the first round I did the drops that it is really frustrating to have the scale going up and down this time. I really should be doing a steak day today but its been a really very wild day and I have not had water to cook with (not that you need it for steak but washing hands would be good). and Fathers day treats is havoc.
Brunch: Yogurt, almond, flax seed, milk, peach, shake.
Lunch: Cake and ice cream. The ice cream was supposedly sugar free but it tasted sweeter then the regular ice cream that I got for the kids. I couldn't even eat it so I put it away for another day.
Dinner: Grilled chicken with broccoli and dip.
Miles: 3.5 mile walk with my C boy.

The day started with a nice walk to discovering two boy horses that got out and fought till stuck in wire fencing and at least we found them early enough before the one had the circulation cut off in his leg. Next a cracked pipe leaking a stream of water down the basement. So we shut the water down until we could find plumbing glue and get it fixed. The poor Dad didn't even get breakfast in bed because me and C boy had rudely awaken him to hurry and rescue the dumb horse by" bringing us wire cutters please" what a way to wake up on FATHERS DAY.

Catch up but not the kind u eat.

Thur. 147.2 1 mile very fast on treadmill.
Fri. 149.0 3.5 mile walk fast on treadmill.
Sat. 146.0 4 mile run and 1 mile walk out in our valley.

It's been wild around here. Cub Scout Day camps and 4-H competition and a fundraiser extreme horse ride for a local cop who was killed. I even bailed out of going to pick up my C boy from Leadership scout camp this morning and left it up to his leader. I just cannot get in the truck and drive anymore hours. I will fall asleep at the wheel if I do. I also want to run and not be stuck in terrible eating spots when I am trying to get my weight to become set. I want to keep running miles and eat veg, protein and fruit but keep getting into bread bread and more breads at every turn for lunch. The weight is evidence that I have not been very careful and I have got to get back on track.
I did a steak day yesterday which worked but didn't come clear back to the 144.0 end point when I stoped my drops for this round. Also I am so sunburned from two days out in an arena and cub scout camp and that's taking it's toll on me. I have also only gotten a bit of working out done over the last 3 days. It is defiantly easier to have the school schedule rather then this summer horse competing schedule that I have to deal with.

My sister in law called and said come try on levies that her Dad usually sells on eBay. HOLY SMOKES I fit into a 9 but couldn't yet zip without a struggle. I got to keep 8,7,and 6 out of a big bin of brand new Levi Strauss jeans for the day when I finally get down in size. That was an amazing experience that I never thought would happen to me again in this life time.
I have jeans and my hubby is going to go nuts when he starts seeing me wear them instead of old stretch pants or old maternity pants.

Meal today: Omlet with onions, flax seed ground, cream cheese. I never even had a hunger pain and made myself eat some chicken and an apple.

I wonder what the scale will say in the morning.

145.4 do I say Goal yet or drop the .4 first?

Goal is tangible floating right there on the horizon. Tomorrow it will be a total conceivable finish when I get rid of that .4 reading on the scale.
I survived the taxi service day and even got peewee 4-H in tonight to top of the day. Loaded three horses (well J girl did) I really only helped load 1 but you see last year she wouldn't even get in the trailer at all so we have accomplished a feat. Hubby and I did the team work on getting her in not once but twice in one day.

Before taxi job started I walked 1 mile and ran one mile outside then awoke the summer school boy and then finished 1 mile on the treadmill. Hurried to do the 15 min taxi run. Back to the house, watered the garden, set sprinklers in motion, jumped in the shower out to dry the hair. Then back to taxi service drive for J girl, race back to make sure all other boys are dressed and head to our little town to do scouts and lunch program. Quick pick up of J girl drop her at job and head over little mountain pick up C boy. Return to hang at dog kennel job for 10 min while she finished and home to the household chores. Divided out chores everyone done in 20 min and Jer takes a nap. Made dinner ahead and all ate J girl left to practise with her horse and then called telling me she was ready to load all the other horses. Leave to accomplish above horse accomplishment. Mc boy babysat the sleeping Jer boy and keept him as happy as a lark. Whew day is finally over. I get to do a 4 hour Dr. drive tomorrow, of course after I do the morning taxi service. Making the C boy go with me leaving when I pick him up on third taxi service run.

Lunch: Hamburger in a wasa cracker bun, grapefruit with a salted cucumber. LAST HCG DROP NEW MEASUREMENT STATS COMING AND OF COURSE PHOTO SHOOT SOON.
Dinner: My last halibut from the freezer, wasa crackers, apple and some yummy raw asparagus's salad.
Miles: 3 and were 2 running.

I am grateful that this day is over and it feels great to have survived it.

149.2 Wow I really didn't think I was going to come down that easy.

4 am phone alert from oldest in far away land, read letter, fall back to sleep. Wake up, moving makes me ache in the strangest spots and then I remember that I fell over a fence yesterday with my little guy on my shoulders. Even now I feel like laughing at myself. One of our horses decided to get really friendly last evening cause my apple smelt really good. She is not one that I trust to much and when she all of a sudden took way to much interest in me from my backside I hurried to get over our log fence. Well you can imagine with 21 pounds on the top of me the momentum just kept me going over landing on my backside with him sitting in the dirt, he stood up, dusted off, looked at me, yelled at the dumb horse and tried to get me up. Thank goodness none of the boys saw me go over they all would have been laughing at me.
So back to weight loss. I was pleasantly surprised that I came back to the spot of the 149 number with my huge mayhem meal the other day. It's been one of those days where busy busy busy is an understatement.
Two scouts doing the posting of the colors for the Memorial day presentation at the graveyard. Resist the yummiest of cookies. Home to referee, cook, clean, garden, manage wayward lawn mowers, garden some more, water fight breaks out, clean horse trailer, cook, dishes, laundry, hook up garden hoses, lawn hoses, vacuum, cook again, all to bed, me treadmill time, soak in a very hot bath. Whew made it through the day but I am sososososos tired.
Breakfast: Dark Chocolate stevia water, Apple
Lunch: Grilled Halibut on top of lettuce bed with grisinni sticks and some Walden Farms ranch.
Dinner: Turkey burger, (everyone had one mine sure looked tiny up against theirs) tomato sliced, Wasa bread and a half a grapefruit.
Miles: Just simply walking with all the chores today 1,061 steps. Treadmill time 4.5 miles making a total of 10,000 steps today.

157.2 POUND GONE

So I ate shrimp, jumbo shrimp grilled and I had cucumber salad with strawberries again. Can you tell that I have bought a big container of fresh strawberries. Ya and they are hidden in the bottom back of the fridge were boys and hubbies do not bend over to look. SHSHSHSH. HEEHEE.

I never got hungry today. Dinner was tomatoes sliced with Stevia on top and a melba round on bottom. Then the whole house went crazy boys going here and there to play since it's finally sunny. My Girl made plans for me to take all the horses and go to the arena and ride with several of her friends. It felt wonderful to be in a saddle and not be fat. Last year I could hardly fit my rear in the seat and everything jarred. Then when we got home boy-friends showed up to do homework and all little boys were sent to bed. Crazy I tell you Crazy.

Around 10:40 I realized that I had not cooked me a piece of protein meat nor eaten a fruit and it didn't matter cause I was too too tired.

Oh ya 4 mile walk/run now if i could just have enough time to get to 5 miles.
