HCG helps, eating and Dr. kudos to me.

I thought that maybe those who are reading my blog would like a few more spots that have good input about how to do the HCG diet. I do not get my product from this site but I really like the layout of how to make an HCG diet work for you. Click the link here to see their take on how they make it work.
I really like to pay attention to this girls success mostly because she is a diabetic and has been successful at making HCG work for her. Click here to go watch her video.
As for me this week I can really see that because I did not do a very good ending to the last round that I tried at Christmas time, well lets just say things are catching up to me. I also have had very crazy sporadic workouts, sick kids, busy at work and going to far away Dr, visits. but it will be ok I will be getting the weight back on track and under the control that I am used too this next week.
I really hate that lovely visitor Aunt Flo and the havoc that comes with her. I notice these days that I am ravaging hungry just before and it seems that I do not get filled up no matter what I eat.
One plus though is that this mystery drink I have been testing is really helping me and Jer be very very regular and for Jer that is a major plus. After seeing a huge panel of Doctors that follow his growth and mental capacity, weight, elimination and eye sight because of being born 3 months early we are getting a, he seems to be right on track, with the adjusted age that they use to do all these developmental measurements. The Hubby wished that he could have seen a lung Dr. that would give us a measurement but nope that was not one of the Doc's on the rotation this time. My favorite Doc is the one who has tons of experience of course because his very own son tested him in many ways and he told me if the only way to get my silly little guy to eat a piece of cheese is with chocolate on it go for it anything when he is this picky is better then nothing. Thank goodness he will take a vitamin these days so going without a few veggies is not hugely detrimental to his development. I told him about my super duper mystery drink that gets veggies into Jer without him realizing it and he said he had heard of it and to keep on using it that it was a great thing for growth of a little body with eating issues. It was salve to hear this Doc tell me that he thought I was doing a super good job with all the tricks that it takes to get Jer to eat even if I have to brush his teeth like crazy because he thinks drinking a powerpacked ( this means mystery drink, cream, yougurt, peanutbutter, spinach, fruit with no lumps that kind of thing) bottle all night is the only meal on certain days. He said believe it or not but kids with issues like Jers can really truly starve themselves if they didn't have Moms like me, yep made me feel pretty dang good after all.

Advice and Wow survived the week. 140 LBS today.

Click to see this one amazing blood pressure chart.

If you do the HCG way to lose make sure your committed to change forever. Well that's really how it is with anything that isn't part of your normal life style.
I do not agree with the statements that I often hear that go something like this.

"When I am done with my HCG rounds and I can eat whatever I want".

NO there will never be a day that you can eat whatever you want again!

Unless you don't want to keep the change that you just made doing the HCG round or whatever lifestyle change that you just quit following to go back to the past.

You will always, must always be aware and accountable for what goes into that mouth. You must always weigh whether its a good choice or a bad choice to make. Do you want that tiny second of sweet taste or the skinny jean look for a long time. Not paying attention can catch up on you so make sure your always watching your game plan and even reviewing the past plan that helped you to lose whatever plan that was.

Today I can wear my skinny jeans but I am 5 pounds up compared to Oct 2010. Even my fat percentage ratio BMI is up compared to October 2010 date measurement. Do I feel differently? Well not really, some days I can do a few more crunches and feel a bit tighter then the day before. There was this euphoric feeling that was around me when I first lost all the weight like that I was lighter and didn't take up as much space as in my past. Now my body has a more normal feeling like that its just how I am not more nor less just am. Some days I crave that light lose feeling that came as I lost but then I get reminded by someone usually the Hubby that I am so skinny compared to the past years of my life and I am still in a really good place.

So am I still wanting to be losing, well I have decided to do a reshaping round soon when all this crazy wrestling is over and I get to just stay home every evening and weekend. Is it my goal to lose more well only if my body wants to mostly I want a lower fat percentage reading because then that means my heart is really healthy and the body will follow that too.

Every day now I am working to tone and strengthen all my muscles, You know really they have to be toned daily to stay up to par and not get all saggy. The thing that is really good to learn before you ever start any kind of life style change is that you must be willing psychologically to really change all the eating around you along with willing to drag the family along also. What you the Mom create in the kitchen makes kids go into upheaval if you change the way you eat all of a sudden, instead of gradual small instigators over time. My boys like to have treat parties at our house that can just about kill me on the scale if I didn't keep up with lots of personal busy activity now that I have lost weight. You can't deprive kids of treats if that's what the comfort is to them so make sure your changes are small and gradual a plan that you can keep healthy around you always as you lose, strengthen, work out, or maintain what you have gained along this road of change that you make. Good advice for myself to take that's who this pep talk is really for anyway just glad if it helps you out their that might want a reminder along your path in life.

My Week last week:
Sick Hubby Mon, and Tue light at the end of tunnel on Wed.
Sick kids, all week just pick a turn take a turn. Sick Jer, means lots of steroid loaded breathing treatments and shaker machine to loosen that crap out of his lungs. I hate breathing that nasty stuff and its close to my face at times.
Mc broke submarine car real good trying to do the daily feeding animal chores ( saddest sobbing sounding boy ever, called me while finishing my bus riding job)
Had to buy new natural gas economical car, yippee it will only cost me 10.00$ to drive to far away Doctors now.
C boy broke his hand Tue, night. Xrays, all day at Doc's felt like, left one sick boy at Aunts house.
Made dash to see orthopedic hand doc to get special cast so C boy can still wrestle at State competitions. Had to drive 2.5 hours to get into Doc then the same miles back without the C boy who was now getting ready to do the tournament.
Friday, got Mc boy ready who went on winter scout camping called Klondike for first time, gotta make sure he wont freeze to death.
Left other recovering sick kids with Jo pretty girl, thank goodness she is a helper like no other.
Went to watch C boy take 4th in state in the 103 bracket as a freshman, the only one to reach that level that young too, with broken right hand AWESOME beyond belief ( he is not please because of course he wants the top spot but when you break your hand 3 days before its a bit handicapping).

Friday nice night alone with the Hubby, early Valentines Day, our own little party. Ate dinner at a Peruvian restaurant, tried an authentic drink, first carbonated drink in over a year and ate fried cream cheese wrapped in a shell that was kind of like a crepe or taco shell covered with carmel. So now I gotta get the muscles to burn that calorie load off like never before. Whew at least I survived last week. Before this dinner I stayed pretty close to a 500 cal diet except I ate larger protein portions, almonds, my mystery drink, and lots of good homegrown eggs that my boys take care of the Momma chickens. I even ate a few whole wheat sandwiches with peanut butter. I made me some dark chocolate crack and added nuts, dates, and berries to it to keep me accountable in the sweet category.

132.8 Sleepless night!

Last evening we kept having electrical brown out moments. I told the kids they better hurry to shower or finish homework so that if the heavy wet snows took the power out they would be prepared for the morning crazy. It never happened and off to bed we all went rather early too.
But at 3:00 am in my dreams there was the most irritating beeping that just would not shut up. I finally dragged myself up and out of the deep sleep that I was in, realizing that Jer's oxygen concentrator was alarming and oh duh the power was now out. It was so white outside that I could see everything when I opened the curtains, feeling with my hands I switched to the oxygen tanks and turned everything back on to get his oxygen needs back in line. He really didn't even move, sleeping right through it all.

An hour later the most hideous alarm of the fire alarms blasted through the hallway. All the little boys piled on to our bed and the Hubby went to dismantle the battery that had just lost the last little bit of life it had in it from having to work because of the lack of electrical power in the house. Yep Christmas vacation is when we usually replace all the batteries and it was due. Everyone finally dropped back off to sleep still in the dark with no power. Finally my cell phone alarm went off telling the hubby that he needed to head to work at 5:30 am. Right when I thought we would just get to keep sleeping and forget school for the day the power came on at 6:20 am making every ones alarms go off at just the right time. All the boys kept smacking the snooze buttons and I heard one say "3:30 what the heck is wrong with this thing" He was not to thrilled to hear me say "it really is time to get ready to meet the bus so get up".

Later in the day I found out that the whole day was filled with little trauma moments, The bus slid off the road. C boy banged his head on the top, they were all late to school, well almost every bus was late. Z boy fell asleep and ended up riding all the way to the bus barn which is an hour there and an hour back once the driver who was a substitute discovered the sleeper. Z boy sobbed to me that he didn't get breakfast food from having never woke to get off the bus. Later on the way home Pretty girl slept through our stop even though Mc boy and K boy warned her that they were nearing our stop. The substitute bus driver was nice enough to turn back around and take her home. By this time we have now had a snow day claimed and the kids are thrilled for the first time in my whole life time of living here there will be no school tomorrow.

Lunch: a small lean steak with green salad, wasa crackers and strawberry shake up to drink.
Dinner: Grilled chicken with more iceberg lettuce and a tiny amount of bread crumbs and an apple.
2.26 miles walking with C boys heavy snow boots in deep really wet snow. 300 calorie burn feeling really healthy and so strong.
I must admit I am glad to get to sleep in in the morning but I better beat the storm and get my food shopping done before the holiday weekend comes.

133.4 Yep there came the bounce back up.

I knew the up bounce would happen after that pizza dinner. Sometimes it takes a bit to show. Now to have it go away and keep moving down.
This round has been filled with ups and downs from holidays get in the ways. I have learned lots along the path working through each up and down though.

Lunch: Hamburger with wasa cracker and salad. An apple again. I think I need to go shopping my supplies are getting low and that includes the kids foods too.

I smooshed my kids Christmas dream this year. They decorated the tree and wanted it to stand out in the middle of the room. I allowed until today and then when they were gone I have pushed it back into the corner and out of the middle so that we can walk into and through the room. You should have heard the hey that's not fair yells when they each discovered the moved tree but oh well its going to be nicer on Christmas day for me.

Dinner: Chicken with onions cooked in expeller pressed coconut oil and wasa crackers. That was one lovely sweet orange too.

I had to be a hero today and push a girl with her electric wheel chair up the slippery snowy ramp. I almost did a face plant from pushing so hard and then the boomerang affect when the pressure got to be released but I wasn't ready. All the kids were cheering me from the bus.

134.4 It took a week but finally back to the elusive 34 numbering.

I am craving the chocolate again. The visitor must be rearing and packing to arrive soon. I made myself a dark chocolate unsweetened drink and then used French vanilla Stevia to sweeten it for my drink this morning. Warm of course so I could get warm inside, its cold and getting colder again after a day yesterday that was warm enough we saw a snake, now that's a shock because they are usually never out at this time of year.

Lunch: shrimp, strawberries, spinach and no crackers I have ran out.
Dinner: Chicken onion soup with a piece of whole wheat bread and no fruit. We will see how the body acts with the little extra bread piece in the marrow.
Did my Denise Austin DVD of ABS to keep stretched out and moving along with getting my tummy toned more.

Another person I just love to get tips from along my getting healthy trip is this lovely lady who knows a lot about stuff I do not so I pay attention to her Introducing MIZFIT. Thanks JBS for helping me find her to get tips from. Just click her links and listen to her tips she has some great ones to use.

Today is the 20th day I guess I am going to have to keep going on a 33 day round since making the eating football dinner and fact that my body is not letting the last of the fat pack go on my hips yet.

135,4 The track is nearing where I need it.

I am really liking that book I said I was reading. It really makes sense and just the moving alone is helping me to feel so much better. I just need to get a move on every single day whether its a walk run or simple doing her DVD to strengthen my gut. Now if I can just never have a kid forget his lunch and disrupt my exercise time that would help a lot. C boy riding a bus will be gone till midnight and left all his food sitting on the top of the counter top but he did take the lunch box. Silly guy when I called and asked him what was in there he said "food" I said nope guess again or take a look inside your box. He about died when he saw not a dang thing inside. So a run to the school to make sure he had it before going to wrestle lots of high school teams, yep cut right into my exercise time.

I ate really well staying right on a 500cal diet plan and not a single cheat today. Can't remember much else because it was to crazy a day driving back and forth to take care of kiddos and all the request they had.
C boy pinned his first two matches and then points for the next match but the last one got him.

136.6 Shock drop WOW!

That is the first time that big of a drop has ever happened to me while doing the HHCG, 500 cal diet of Dr Simeons Protocal. Yes my intestinal tract last evening went into elimination mode but not in a you are sick type of mode just the natural normal way that it should. I even slept in rather deeply this morning and upon looking at the scale again the reading was the same as when I had gotten on ealier at my normal 6:00 am time frame and then went back to bed for what I though was going to be an hour and turned into two more lovely need hours.

Lunch: fish orange, melba rounds and spinach.
Dinner Steak, with wasa and apple and too many melba rounds I think with baby lettuce.

140.0 Celebration for Jer!

It's been a rough day of driving to Dr's and and racing back to see wrestling matches. But the very best news of all, Jer the little guy does not have to see the Cardiologist for two whole years. One less Dr. visit on the 6 month agenda that I have to keep track of for him. I am absolutely thrilled I can hardly believe that this is finally happening for us this year. This Dr. was one that has followed him from the NICU and she too was thrilled to see him finally growing past the Pulmonary Hypertension that was brought on by the lung tissue damage from being a tiny little itty bitty preemie guy.

Of course the whole driving trip put a wrench in the diet plan of mine this time. I was not very prepared I forgot my lunch food except the apple because I had eaten that rather early for breakfast. Two hours of driving and convenience store foods with the Hubby who had gotten a pizza and I ate the dang crust which was super thick. Then a pumpkin cookie that Jer wanted to share. A chocolate Zinger that Jer decided he didn't want the bottom of. I felt trapped in a food car and no exercise to have burned off pre-calorie cheating.
Lunch came at dinner time after sitting in the Dr. office for thee hours doing EKG's and Echo Cardiograms on the little Guy, yes we had to ubber bribe him with a diesel if he would hold still for all these tests. He just kept saying I want to be done and go home now, but he did hold still for them, as still as a 4 year old will hold. I ate a apple pecan Wendy's salad and yep I am pretty sure it was well over 500 cal amount.

Racing back to see the C boy "WIN" his first freshman match on the Varsity Wrestling team. 12 to 8 he was so bugged he had the kid pined almost three times and then he wiggled out. 102.6 was the weight before their tiny practise for the day then his weigh in was 101.2. Ohh to have a metabolism that worked that fast again would so be a dream.

139.6 WHAT THE!!!!!!!!!

So the beef had to be over the allotted amount because why did the scale go back up that much. Or maybe the vinaigrette which is really not on the protocol list tipped the scale up. Or could it be that I totally forgot to drink my 2 liters of water yesterday. Whatever it is the scale went massively back up and I sure don't get what happened.

My phone has been being stupid for the last month. It will text but not call and it shuts itself off all the time. I went to go get a new phone and found that ATT was buying out Alltell so they were wanting me to wait to replace because the systems on the phone are used differently. Great so now no one can call me and my kids can text but I only get it if I turn the phone on over and over again. Its quiet exhausting, so last evening I bent over to unplug a toilet that had the yucky of yuckiest in it. The boys had not hit the flusher in the betweens of two users. My phone flipped in that yucky water. I screeched grabbed then washed it off and stood there looking at it. C boy says put it in rice over night and it should fix it. Well it did fix enough to be usable for my schedule and Dr. numbers but alas the software is still stupid and turns off constantly. I can't wait to get a new phone this one is driving me crazy.

Breakfast: For sure going to start drinking my 2 liters of water and of course take my 10 drops of HHCG.
Lunch: 10 drops of HHCG 30 min before eating. Then hamburger (which I think is not 100 grams or 3.5 0z because it just seems bigger, problem is it is frozen so I can't reweigh it. Remember I take all my meats and divide the amounts out and then wrapped them in tinfoil and freeze them so that I don't have to think so hard about everything when it comes time to cook.
Dinner: HHCG 10 Drops taken before I start to do the cooking. Precooked frozen grilled chicken of 3.5 oz. dropped into cabbage with a bit of salt garlic salt and onion salt. After it was cooked I broke it up. I also broke 4 melba rounds into the soup. I made a strawberry smoothie with 2 tablespoons of milk and a cup and half of water and the frozen strawberry handful of course. Add 3 packets of stevia and yum yum.

Tomorrow if there is not a significant drop then I know that my beef is above the allotted amount because I should be dropping more then this. Or maybe I should just avoid the beef all together. Fish and chicken seem to work better to help me drop weight faster anyway.
The whole family went bowling, what a blast, slightly humbling to keep being beat by your 7 year old. Z boy thought he was the cats meow, and mouthy C boy sure got put in his place because the Z boy won both times we played. Both times I won over C boy but only by one point some of us just couldn't get the ball straight.

144.0 100 Grams is 3.5 ounzes.

No loss no gain, better then I expected.
Reviewing the diet helped me see something I had missed and didn't realize. I promise this protocol needs to be read every time you do a round. I ate Tuna at the start and it has to much fat in it. Dang and I thought it was a good meat for on the go meals you know the kind that is packed in water and the albacore white stuff but maybe I better stay a way unless it is so so a necessity for on the road Dr. visits.

I have to hide that sweet plant in my bathroom warm window, I caught the C boy and Mc boy snitching leaves off to taste. I told them if we really wanted a bush they better leave it alone. Ya no good warm barn window to stick it in dang.

Sunday take a snooze day and then letter writing day to faraway boy.
Lunch: Chicken 3.5 oz worth mixed with salad. Made homemade strawberry vinaigrette. Topped off with grissini sticks.
Dinner: Fish 3.5 oz sauteed with coconut oil, Cucumbers with salt and melba toast. One apple it keeps the Dr. away supposedly.

145.0 and TOM hmmm thats a surprize.

So I have gone back to my end of P2 weight and didn't do a thing to get there really. The body must be figureing it all out. I even have the lovely visitor and I didn't go up on the scale wow shocker. I do have my stupid raging headache and it will be a lay back week so the headache goes away.
Foodie shopping today ugha my least favorite thing to do.
Looked at lots of blogs today got lost looking guess I need some encouragement.
I am feeling ran over by summer now and things are feeling out of hand. The garden is exploding and yet there still isn't any tomatoes that are red. I am wanting to go back to the 500 cal diet and it's nice structure outline. I find Iam not very hungry and have to remind myself to eat.
I even started to pick up chicken breast to weigh and cut to 3.5 oz size portions in preparation to lose the last 25 pounds that I have here.
Hubby went and got lots of ice cream and pop and snacks for boys who worked super hard and I caved and ate along with a nice salmon cooked in coconut oil. I wonder how high the scale will climb with TOM and all here too.

149 It stuck! YES! Tea Please!

I have now been converted to drinking tea in the morning (I in the past did not like it). It keeps me warm these days so I need it. I only drink herbal teas without caffeine because I do not like that bursting energy that caffeine's give you and I never have been a big caffeine drinker in the past either.
So I have been paying attention to what is good and not so good about some of the teas.

Black Tea: Lots of caffeine and tannins are in this kind.

Dieters Tea: Senna can be dependant making to your bowels. Addictions become a problem also.

Smooth Move Tea: Same at the above named tea, dependant making too.

Rooibo's Tea: My oldest son loves it and did before he went to the country of it's origin.

Yerba Mata: It's ok not sure I like the natural caffeine that makes me buzzed but I am kind of craving it the R2 on HCG that I did. Strange I haven't really ever liked tea before this diet.

Herbal Tea: Well I am liking the ones that are fruit, but that is not really an allowed on the HCG diet R2 phase. So peppermint's and chamomiles might be a bit safer to use.

I have now decided to drink my chocolate, coconut oil with Tension Tamer every morning since it helps keep me warm and must be making my metabolism jump started.
With this new breakfast that I have started drinking more my middle guy wanted to try it, he was not impressed even though he did drink it all gone. It tastes like nothing is all that he would say about it.

Breakfast: 1 orange with choco, coconut oil, Tension Tamer tea mixed together.
Lunch: Turkey burger soup with onions & Quinoa. I did not eat any toasts because of the quinoa grain that was in my soup.
Dinner:Halibut, on a melba round 4 actually and asparagus.
Miles: I intended to not do any today to take a break, but someone encouraged me so 5 total 1 running that's 10,000 on my C boys Ipod pedometer.

Last DAY, Last DOSE of a P2 40 day round tonight. 161.4 LBS

So maybe my body is going to settle at this weight for a bit here. Three more days at 500cal and then keeping all the starches out for three weeks so that they will not interfere with how my body adjusts as I add more and more different vegetables back to my diet. I grew up eating potatoes, corn and peas for the main stay of every diet. These are very starchy vegetables and high in sugars when they break down in your body. I was a bit surprised upon learning this so it will be an adjustment to not eat them as much. I have to practise asking for more vegetable servings instead of a side of potato at restaurants and that will include not eating any breads or rice or cashew nuts for the next three weeks. Dang those are some of my comfort foods.

Lunch curried fish with powdered stevia on it and sliced tomatoes, 2 grissini sticks and half a grapefruit.

167.8 Wii BMI 28.64 166.6 New Scale

Back to the 166 YEAH! I knew it would reappear. I have some thoughts about how Willpower is so important. You must want to be smaller so bad that the one tempting M&M is not worth the climb on the scale, or the Key Lime pie that you haven't had in three years. SKINNY has to be the most IMPORTANT to make you get there. Sugar is so much like a drug addiction a bit more controllable maybe for some then others, but isn't that how a drug is too. Well all I know is that it is really fun to be able to see my waist getting smaller and the love handles on my rib cage in the back disappearing. Also on a walk last night with the speedy hubby I was able to keep up and not even get breathless. Now that's a feat that hasn't been for years and years.

To make sure it is clear here I am using HHCG to help my fat be released from my storage areas and help me to lose weight. I eat proteins and minimal carb vegetables and two grissine or melba toasts and one fruit off the list. To equal 500 cal for two meals for my personal round time of 40 days on HHCG and three days off. This is so that I can make my body do a certain set point of weight that will stay there until I do another round or am happy with where my weight is. No sugar or starches allowed until after phase 3 is done. Read on pounds and inches the differences in the rounds.

Lunch will be lean beef(90% 3.5oz 6cal)with onion saute in French Vanilla Stevia (77cal) and wasa cracker(60cal)bun. Grapefruit half with Powdered Stevia on top(64cal). Total cal(231) today's meal. Wishing I could have some spinach but onions are high enough calorie all alone.

Dinner Flounder(90cal) Orange(62cal) Spinach (1cup 7cal)Melba toasts(4= 78cal). That's a total of 468 for the day. Brought to you from my Fitday calorie count.

February 22, 2010 179, BMI 30.56

IT REALLY IS WORKING! I want to tell people and then talk myself out of it. I need to be believable and I am just starting so calm down girl. I could have gotten it for so much less money back when whoever it is that called me and told me about it and I dismissed them, good grief that was stupid on my part. But I guess we each have to learn and come to acceptance. Water sure holds a lot of energy inside it if we will just partake of it. I have no more headache or pressure from the water intake I also am not having to have as many relief stops to empty the water out of me. I am getting through the day all the way without the usual burn out feeling that hits me around 2 to 4 p.m. The pounding is still there, but my blood pressure is normal. I think about it for a bit and remember that I have at one time been in renal failure and this was kind of what I felt like when I had IV"S in me and all that fluid inside. The big difference is that my tissues are not holding the water this time it is flushing through and that pounding must be my kidneys working to move it out. I wonder if it will lessen over the next days and my body gets adjusted to taking the 2 liters of water that we should all have as adults. My partner lost 3 lbs and thinks she must be just having dumped a ton of water off her. Her turn to be skeptical. She says she is hungry to much and grouchy. As I eat my lunch I think I must have been starving myself through the years. Shrimp and tomatoes with curry sauce. Melba toast and apple. Dinner is Mongolian Beef and Cabbage, orange and grissini sticks. Yuck won't be trying that recipe again. To much cabbage maybe. Skeptical again is it the HHCG or is it just the diet that is making me lose the weight? Would a light amount of working out make me drop more? I feel really grouchy also and emotionally wrung out what is going on here I wonder. Stop doubting and stay true I tell myself and Goodnight.

February 20, 2010, 184.1

Crappy crappy all night. Wanted to go to bed early from feeling so so tired and yet I couldn't sleep. The kids wouldn't be quiet at 1:00 am I had to get up and send them to bed. Couldn't go back to sleep. I have a pounding in the core of my body that is just making me feel crazy. It stops and goes. I have felt it before but I can not remember when that was that it happened. I still feel huge from all the fat food that I am not used to eating. My Blood pressure feels way up even though that hasn't been that way for a few years now. When I get pregnant it always goes up towards the end. My last child it went up half way through and I didn't make it all the way through the amount of time your supposed to stay pregnant. Finally at 6:00 am I feel normal. I got on the scales and gained more. Out of curiosity I got on through out the day and it still stayed the same all day. Ok ok I know your not supposed to do that but I did. I felt pretty good all day. I ate my grissini sticks (found at a health food store) and apple earlier before lunch. I am not sure if I was playing head games with myself or if I was just nervous but I felt like I might starve with the little bit of lunch I was allowed. Hamburger and onion rings fried in water. Oh yeah the Dad took them all to get juicy dripping hamburgers and malts. I sat in the car to avoid the smells after eating my tiny little burger. Fish and asparagus for dinner with melba toasts. The Hubby says "hey why are you not cooking that for me. I like asparagus and fish, well more fish then that though". "Give me a break, I just need to learn and then I will include you in the menu but right now I have to keep my meat at 100 grams so let me learn" I say to him. Besides the kids wont eat fish so why waste it. I ate my apple for a late night snack with aspirin for a raging headache and off to bed.

Note Join the HCGdieters YAHOOGROUP they have great files on the side bar to pull information from like all the names of sugar sneaky manufactures we do not even know what we are eating sometimes because of the disguised names. Some people have good input here but remember they do not agree with HHCG (homeopathic human chorionic gonadotrophin) on this site because they want you to use a Rx brand.
Read about Dr. Simeons way to help hypoglycemia when on this diet. Other tips about why it happens.

Starting a new way to lose. February 17, 2010, 180. straight up.

So I have spent many years being pretty in shape and still having my babies and losing after and then some major stresses came into my life with my last baby. So for the last year I have tried to lose this weight and get back into a better shape. I have walked on the treadmill and around on our bike paths and played with the WII. Gotten discouraged and started to give up and now found HHCG. A friend of mine used it and lost and she was the same kind of person as me working the tail off to see slim results. I have to admit I had to read about it an really get convinced and understand the ins and outs. Because back in Oct. someone had called me on the phone and told me you could lose weight with this and I laughed. That was a steroid or meant to help kids who won't grow plus isn't it illegal was my reply. I also thought how can I tailor this to the way I have to up and go all the time. Ok just not eat, well that won't help I already had tried that route and you do not lose. What about family parties they are always centered around good foods that I do not have to cook. Also how do you drive three hours drinking tons of water and making it to the next relieving stop? Lets see is there anymore crazy excuses I could come up with. Well I started to drink the assigned amount of water after reading Dr. Simeon's manuscript protocol and felt more energy and all around better. I started that about a week before so I could know all the relief spots on my route. I have always sucked at drinking water. I found adding Stevia with all the amazing flavors it comes in that you can get it down really nicely. I did get a headache it seemed from the add pressure in my tissues; anyway thats my assumption. Well after figuring out all my stopping points on the road to appointment's I got prepared to beginning a new phase of feeling skinny and maybe food deprived for about 23 days. Yeah I can do anything to be smaller again!

Find this Manuscript first and read it not once not twice but over and over again till you get it.
There is a life style change that you must be willing to make.

A RECIPE book I can do this, I think.

I am a terrible cook and can not think up things to cook. Actually I hate cooking. I also do not know a thing about calorie counting. I never had to use it. To often pregnant and then nursing so why learn I always told myself. Besides it wasn't that big a problem until the last two babies. So now that I have a book with recipes that tell me how to cook with this new HCG protocol I think I can do this. If I had to eat chicken the whole time with spinach I wouldn't make it that's for sure.
